Excellent customer service
This could have very easily been an unpleasant experience, with charge backs and unhelpful responses. As can often feel the norm nowadays. However, We ordered an item that arrived in good time, but unfortunately it was damaged. These things happen, so emailed to get it resolved and we were able to quickly come to a positive resolution with no fuss.

An excellent online shopping experience
Great photos and an accurate description of the item. Competitively priced with the added bonus of free delivery to my address. Good communication of order and delivery updates. Delivery was speedy and when my teak root wooden fruit bowl arrived I was blown away by the quality and uniqueness of it, it’s a real statement piece! Would highly recommend and trust this company.
