Placed an order for two sizes of police boots, they arrived the next day. Sent the size 6.5 back and received a refund straight away. Great customer service.

I called to discuss an item that was out of stock, and within just a few days they confirmed they had specially made the item for me. It was engraved and delivered within a week, which is incredible service.

The finished piece looks absolutely exceptional, and I know the recipient is going to be overwhelmed when they receive it.

I would 100% recommend this company. Their craftsmanship and customer service are second to none.

Fantastic experience with John Bull. I ordered a Keela Mk4 smock, but the medium was too small. Mark at John Bull exchanged it, free of charge, with lightning fast delivery -- indeed, I don't think anything has ever arrived so quick!

I received the best customer service of any company I’ve ever had to deal with. I needed 4 decanter sets as presentations for work that were initially out of stock. John Bull clothing then ordered them in and kept in touch with me during the process. Brilliant customer service couldn’t recommend more highly!!

I purchased a pair of AKU boots expecting high quality and durability, but I’ve been thoroughly disappointed. One boot wore down significantly, far beyond what should happen with normal use. I’ve never had this issue with any other brand, so I was shocked when both the retailer and AKU dismissed it as a “gait” or “supination” problem rather than a warranty issue.

For the price, I expected better performance and customer support. Sadly, I can’t recommend AKU boots and certainly won’t be buying them again. Save your money and go with a brand that stands by its products.

Having recently purchased from John Bull Military Clothing and experiencing issues with a third party courier. John Bull's customer service has been nothing but exceptional in dealing with the problem. Clearly a company with morals & ethics. Fabulous! Highly recommend.
