Rolex certified pre owned
I have been looking for a Rolex watch for a few weeks now as I had sold my last Rolex thinking I wouldn’t miss having a watch. The days have gone where you can go into a Rolex authorised deal and buy a new Rolex. However times are changing. You can now buy precious metals and bi-metal watches from new from most AD’s. I went to Johnsons and spoke with Tony, and Julie. They were very patient and friendly. I bought a certified pre owned batgirl. When I got home it just wasn’t right for me. I took it back the next day got a full refund. I finally settled with a bluesy submariner from the certified pre owned selection. Again Julie and Tony were brilliant and very patient. Thank you so much to all at Johnson’s.

Top drawer service! Despatched first working day after ordering. Arrived following day Royal Mail special delivery and everything was perfect. Beautiful watch with a glorious attractive light green(apple?) face. My wife is over the moon and so am I. What a wonderful shop to buy from. I only wish I lived nearer so I could have bought it in person. I hope to buy from Johnson's Jeweller again. They get my wholehearted recommendation. Thank you for making my wife so very happy.

Perfect service, amazing service. Nice team.
I did around 30 boutiques in France without finding the watch I wanted.
Looks like the light in the sky guided me to J.J to find it.
I will not hesitate to travel from Paris to Nuneaton again to buy futures watches for me or jewelry for my wife.

excellent service from start to finish
I have recently purchased a watch from johnsons and it was a great experience from start to finish,upon entering the shop i was greeted with a smile and immediately felt at ease to browse un bothered, Kelly who i originally spoke to on my initial enquiry was very warm and friendly and had excellent product knowledge,I never felt hurried or pressured into a sale,and when my watch was ready to collect i again dealt with Kelly who made the whole experience feel special, she also made time to talk with my wife regarding a prospective purchase even though the shop was quite busy.. all in all i would highly recommend johnsons for 5 star service.

I highly recommend Johnson’s. It’s unusual to find such professional, kind service today. I had been emailing them about an item which interested me to buy for an important gift. They were extremely patient, providing a lot of details. After eventually purchasing I received the parcel the very next day. My grandson was absolutely delighted with the gold signet ring and we look forward to travelling over to arrange engraving. Thank you so much.

I wouldn't go anywhere else
I have used Johnsons Jewelers for everything since my first purchase in 2017. I have recently purchased my engagement ring for my fiancé and they are incredible yet again. Libby helped design the ring and source the perfect diamond, she kept me updated throughout and I wouldn't/couldn't use another jewelers again. I have purchased all of my sentimental items from Johnsons and I will continue to do so. I couldn't recommend this business any more.

I recently purchased a new watch from Johnson’s Jewellers as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife, and I cannot praise Tony and Kelly highly enough for the outstanding service we received throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, Tony’s advice and knowledge during the ordering stage was second to none – he really took the time to guide me through the options with genuine expertise and enthusiasm, making what could have been a daunting decision an absolute pleasure.
When the time came to collect the watch, Kelly delivered an experience that was truly exceptional. Highly recommend them.
My husband had bought me a lovely necklace and earrings, for our 50th wedding anniversary. However I do not have pierced ears, so needed them altered to clip on. We had tried company that we had bought them from, but they said they could and wanted an extortionate amount to do the alteration. They then changed their minds and said it was impossible. We tried some other jewellers in Inverness, but all to no avail. A friend recommended Johnson's Jewellery and we could not have been more delighted with the work, the time scale and the price. Highly recommend them for any jewellery alterations etc. Plus as a bonus, they actually spell the word "jewellery" correctly!!
