Nothing fundamentally wrong with the company. All efficient and helpful but they are significantly more expensive than the competition in an era when price really matters. Customers should not be penalised for having a supply contract or paying monthly. They should at least price match NRG prices for example' They are way off.

We completely appreciate your comments regarding pricing, particularly at a time when household budgets remain under pressure. We continually review our pricing to ensure we remain competitive while maintaining the reliable service our customers expect.
Having looked into your account, I can see that you're a member of one of our heating oil clubs. Our oil clubs benefit from group pricing, which is typically around 4ppl to 5ppl lower than our standard 10 day delivery price advertised online, depending on the area, size of the club and the combined club volume ordered.
It would appear that you may not have been taking full advantage of these preferential rates and we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you to ensure you're receiving the best possible price available through your club.
We certainly don't believe customers should be disadvantaged for their loyalty or for choosing to spread the cost of their heating oil through monthly payments.
Thank you again for your feedback and continued custom. We genuinely value your business and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly about your future orders.

Easy online ordering with price options depending how quick you need fuel! I have a budget account, so can plan my monthly spend. Once order was placed I got a text to advise when to expect the delivery, so I could ensure the driver could access if we weren't in. Text to confirm delivery was made and clear paperwork sent promptly after delivery.

Staff were very helpful when I called. Arranged for a delivery of fuel much more quickly than I expected. Fuel was delivered when I was out with no issues and details of the delivery put through the letterbox. Very happy to recommend based on my experience.
