The subscription boxes are great. Customer Service not so much.
The subscription boxes are great. The customer service is not. I recently returned to Coven as I had to previously leave due to finances. My third box has not arrived. Not their fault but I'm told I can't have replacement until the 10 working days it takes royal mail to consider it lost. No checking. No looking into it. Just told to wait. I've unsubscribed. That's two weeks from dispatch. Very unhappy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to provide some context around this delivery.
The box was dispatched on 10 October via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked and scanned into their network on 11 October. When delivery delays occur, Royal Mail requires 10 working days from the last scan before a parcel can be classed as lost. In line with this, we advised waiting for that period before issuing a replacement or refund, which is the same process applied in all cases.
Tracking later showed the parcel was being held due to a surcharge incorrectly applied by Royal Mail. Two options were offered at that stage: payment of the surcharge on the customer’s behalf, or return of the parcel for a full refund. When advised the surcharge had been paid, the details were requested so this could be reimbursed. Tracking confirms successful delivery on 21 October.
We’re pleased the box was delivered and that the contents were enjoyed. While delivery delays are uncommon, once parcels are with the postal service their procedures must be followed, and issues are handled as fairly and promptly as possible.
