I am currently trying to get an actual live agent to review a reward that has been stuck since March. I went through all my emails and no verification email from same day. I went through "Bottie" and it told me a contradictory statement that the system is fully automated no agent can review that information but then asked me if I wanted a live agent to review and investigate further. Then it said a four day wait to get support. I understand backlog but come on 4 days.

I’ve been using Debbie since June 2022. At first I just kind of had the app but wasn’t really “using “ it. The past couple years of using it has really helped me. I’ve learned a bunch. If there’s an issue they are on top of it. I just had an issue with a redemption. They responded quickly, cancelled the problem redemption, credited my points back with some extra and did a new redemption. I highly recommend them.
I enjoy using Debbie and so far have been rewarded with $60 for paying off cards and saving as I would be anyway! I also enjoy the educational content. There have been a few bugs with the app, but each time customer service has been very responsive and will make up for the inconvenience with extra points/rewards. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in the app since I first started using it. Debbie is trustworthy and I would recommend using it!

I think overall when I needed assistance with gaining access to my account with Debbie they didn't waste any time on getting back to me they were very responsive and active quicker than a friend I would send a text too. They were absolutely positive and reassuring and very kind in all ways possible

Highly recommend, especially for ADHD people struggling with their finances.

I found Debbie online through others. I decided to give it a try. Since becoming a member I have learned healthy financial tips. Being disabled I don't have the means as many. With Debbie I have been able to save money as well as earn money for reaching goals and learning. Any issues that arise, they are quick to resolve them and give a rationale to why they occur. Great customer support. The team is dedicated to giving the best experience and it is the best financial app thus far.
Why I personally love the Debbie app?
$$ I love the monthly debt and savings challenges that help boost your own savings or earn you points when you’re successful.
$$I love the deposits to my PayPal when I hit my reward thresholds.
$$ I love the weekly financial literacy modules on the app where you learn and earn points based on the knowledge you’ve gained. I have really been impressed at how Debbie takes financial education a step further and includes information on the psychology behind spending. So Debbie is equipping me with tools to not just pay off debt but to stay out of debt too.
My money habits before I started Debbie were awful. I wrote down my expenses to make sure I didn’t overdraft my checking account I did not budget or save.
If i had money leftover before the next check, I spent it. As long as I could make my minimum credit card payments I felt fine. I didn’t care about the balances.
Now after about 9 months with Debbie I have an emergency fund and I use a budgeting app that I check and reconcile almost daily and when I have monthly leftovers I put some towards debt and some towards saving.
Overall Debbie is a helpful, fun app that I think will continue to be a great tool and companion on my debt free journey!

I am not able to earn the savings account rewards despite linking my account and putting away $100. It still says no activity, and I cannot find a way to contact Debbie customer support.

Finally seeing real progress on my debt!
