I read all the reviews and was not…

I read all the reviews and was not happy with them. I sent an email to cancel my order, and no one responded except to tell me I have been approved and my order will ship in 7 to 10 days. I canceled my previous company, and I am very upset that I did. Because I thought this would be cheaper, the reviews said it's a lie; it's not just one price. I am on a higher dose with my previous company, and no one asks. If my order is not canceled, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

My main concern was the truthfulness of the price of the meds not going up and being able to cancel anytime. They have been very accommodating in both aspects. I started having second thoughts about taking the med and decided to cancel. Embody responded quickly to my messages and cancelling was as easy as they advertised.

Please please please DONT waste your…

Please please please DONT waste your time or money with this business.
DO NOT trust them!!!
I’ve been on 15mg for almost 2 years. Insurance stopped covering so I searched for an online option. I find this business and was excited to try them until I wasn’t.
1) I didn’t get any communication what so ever until I reached out to them asking where my product was.
2) they were advised that I have been on the 15mg but I hadn’t taken an injection in 8 days (1 day late) because I was on vacation. They take it upon themselves to drop me to the 2.5mg
3) I tell them that the 2.5 is a waste of my money as it’ll do nothing for me and requested a refund. AFTER they asked for proof of my 15mg dose which I had
4) they refuse to stop the processing or refund my money. I have been going back and fourth for 3 days already
5) never even received the 2.5mg placed the order a week ago for $129
6) this company isn’t legit and is tricking customers. Only I have a friend who is an attorney and. Will assist in helping me.

The price

Well I've only had my first week, bout to take my second week but I guess so far so good. No, issues yet, except for the price going up after the first month. That was a real disappointment.. The customer service took care of Rap for me In a way and gave me a discount, so I guess I can't complain too much.

You're not doing anything wrong. Sometimes the medication just likes to take its time getting acquainted.

It's completely normal not to notice changes during the first week, and many patients begin seeing results as treatment progresses.

Do not go with this company, they shipped me the wrong products, over charged me and then would not return:refund on their mistake

Still waiting!

Paid and approved medication over a week ago and still have not been sent to pharmacy to begin receiving and taking. Yet I get a review email saying asking how I’m feeling? Uhhhh!

Malpractice and Fraud

6/14/26 - 75% price increase, zero communication. I went to cancel and refund in less than 24 hours after the charge was made.

They said they cancelled it, and yet the order still went through, medication shipped 2 days after the cancellation and they won't refund! Horrible!

Mind you the first month of meds didn't ship for weeks after payment and approval! They rushed to get this shipment out because I attempted to cancel!

Update 6/17/26- They only offered a partial refund for the month I had already cancelled and no longer wanted, but they sent out anyway. Steer clear and report to the BBB. They want their money and don't care how they get it apparently.

Update 6/25/26- After 4 seperate messages of them asking me to confirm my desire to cancel my account and me confirming each time, my account is still active. After speaking with someone on the phone yesterday she let me know no one put in for the refund of $250 I was promised back on 6/12/26. And since that conversation via phone they removed all messages and correspondence from my patient portal.

This is against state AND federal law. I have put in a legal request for copies of all of my medical records, they have 15 days per state law to get them to me. Still no refund, still fighting to cancel, while they are breaking laws. Medical malpractice and fraud seeming to be what they do everyday.

6/25/26 afternoon- They've reached out for more information since somehow they can't find me in the system. Seems like they tried to delete all evidence of my using their services to cover their tracks. Offered them my BBB complaint number that has all of the photo proof of my correspondence with them.

7/1/26 - They sent me only copies of my RXs alongside FINALLY confirming that I will no longer be charged. All of my portal correspondence they illegally deleted was not included. They've done nothing to alleviate what they've done, and how they have grossly mishandled my case. After reaching out again here on my last review? Embody has still done nothing. Stay away.

Subpar in every existing way!!!!

The mist absurdly slow and unprofessional company I've ever seen/experienced! And the absolute most idiotic ppl w subpar skills and slooooow like snalis.
Why is there no -100stars as an option?!?!

Pricing was misleading

Pricing was misleading. I joined because I saw that the monthly program was $79 a month. It didn't say it was an introductory rate and that the renewal would be $179.

I can’t reply to the answer but I did reach out and they told me it was $179

Loved that the RX was expedited so I could use it as I was leaving town and could take it with me! I haven’t seen any positive results as of yet I was hoping for a stronger dose or at least a increase each month but it is going to stay the same for three months so I am not pleased with that.

I’m not really feeling a difference

I’m not really feeling a difference. I changed companies because of dated medications. So I’m not sure if I’m just being pessimistic over this compounded type of Trezepitide but I truly am not feeling any different.
