Not giving me my refund back. I don’t not want the product and I was told to not use it by my doctor due to an up coming surgery. And I still have not received the refund. It’s been over 2 weeks.

Great customer service
Well for my first transaction with Embody I feel that the process was easy, the providers and customer service was amazing and they responded very quickly. Praying the pricing doesn’t increase with dosing as this is why I choose this company

They are quick
They are quick. And good. At first it was tough but then I got in and it worked out perfectly
I would give a Zero if I could
I would give a Zero if I could. They totally lied to me to get me to sign up. They convinced me to switch from RO to them promising that I would stay on track and get an increase in medication. Then they prescribed the lowest dose possible. I caught it same day and told them not to send and it was the wrong dose. They then sped things up and shipped it anyway. Called several more times and each time I was told that it would be resolved, which was a lie. Then they told me too bad that they already sent me medication.

The process to inquire and get the prescription was easy. I started my 1st shot this morning.
These people both denied and approved…
The decision has already been made. Negotiating with these people has been an exercise in futility and frustration. See for yourselves:

We’re really sorry for how confusing this felt. We want to clear up exactly what happened, because the “denied” and “approved” messages were for two different items.
First, an important update on the shipment: your tirzepatide order has already been delivered (tracking number 1ZK5A639NT28265143), so we’re not able to stop shipment.
The treatment that was denied was the NAD+ Injection Monthly. That was denied due to your history of hypertension, and you were not charged for NAD+ since it was only a preauthorization.
The treatment that was approved was the tirzepatide/B12 injections (Level 2, 5 mg weekly). That tirzepatide order was processed before we received your cancellation request, which is why we weren’t able to stop it in time once it was already processed in the pharmacy.
On the refund: because the order was sent, we’re not able to process a refund at this point.

These people both denied and approved me in the same email. It was very confusing. I told them to stop any charges on my card and to cancel any sort of subscription they baited and switched me into. They advised me that they would be issuing a full refund, but then came back twice and said that they would not. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the FTC for fraud. I have also contacted my bank. Do not do business with these people. They are highly unethical.
