The Passport Program with Thrive-Her is fantastic; it's a virtual team of really smart people helping you build your consulting business. I didn't know what I didn't know when it came to starting a new consulting business and Thrive-Her provides a blueprint, tactical work to address each element, mindset and business coaching and access to amazing materials and resources that include all the things you didn't know you needed. On top of that, you go through the program in a cohort and the support, connectivity and idea sharing that comes with this instant network of women who are going through the same things you are - is an invaluable part of the equation. The mentors and coaches are fantastic and if you put in the work and take advantage of what's offered, you will build a foundation for your business that you simply could not have done on your own. It's an investment in yourself and your business that is well worth it.

What I love about ThriveHer is the combination of focus on logistics and mental preparation! I knew I needed help getting started - what I did not realize is how much of it is in my mental story I tell myself! I love the help with both the business planning to managing my mindset!
I would have loved it even more if we had a “speed dating” cohort option for those of us highly motivated or with very steep and short runways for launch.

I went into the ThriveHer program with my own expectations and baggage from my corporate tenure. I thought I wanted the content and could avoid most of the "support." I was delighted to find the support of the truly caring members of ThriveHer from Tricia, Lyndsay, Jim, Zita, Bev and Kasie and all the cohort members to be very buoying as I applied myself to so many new skills at once and touched on parts of my talent that I had never honestly honored. It was a true
joy and uplift which carried me forward more swiftly and deftly and caringly than I had anticipated. And the results are marvelous. I undertook this as a journey of self-realization and experienced even more than I counted on.

There is a lot to appreciate about the Thrive Her program, but I have encountered some significant issues. Firstly, for a program centered on empowering women, I find it puzzling that Jim Huling plays such a prominent role. While he may be successful and well-regarded by Trisha Dempsey, his presence as a white male seems incongruous with the program's focus on women’s empowerment. Additionally, his frequent references to Stephen Covey do not resonate with participants who are unfamiliar with Covey's work.

Secondly, I was taken aback by the suggestion to price my product at $12,500—the exact cost of the Thrive Her program, which they guarantee participants will earn back. It seems this “magic number” was not uniquely recommended to me, raising questions about its appropriateness for different markets.

Lastly, I was informed that my program guarantee was voided after missing a deadline. I have proof that I was hospitalized, but the lack of curiosity about why I missed the deadline and instead taking the opportunity to void my guarantee diminished what trust I had left in the program.

I've gotten great support for my journey from corporate to consulting. The coaching, the structure, the quality of other participants has helped me move past some of my own obstacles and into action for all the decisions that needed to be made to start my own adventure.

Even through a life event that I thought was going to derail my efforts, I've been able to continue moving forward to build my dream consulting offer.

I am so glad that I made the leap and signed up for the Passport program! When I signed up, I didn't know what my company would be or what I would offer. I had no idea where to start in creating a consulting firm. After finishing Phase 1, I have a company, a target audience, an offer, a message, and messaging materials. I'm well on my way to running my consulting firm! I can't believe how quickly I have moved from only having a faint idea of what I wanted to do to being ready to start selling. I'm excited to dig into Phase 2 and start selling my program. The Passport program, coaches, resources, and bonus materials have given me all that I need to build my consulting firm. Could I have built my business without ThriveHer? Sure. Could I have done it as fast and with as much precision as I have? Absolutely not! Not only are you being taught by other woman who have been in the exact same place as you and have come out the other side successful business owners, but you also get connected with a cohort of other amazing entrepreneurial women who are smart, passionate, and ready to support each other. I sat on the decision to join for a full year, mostly due to my apprehension of placing a bet on myself. Thrive her helped silent that negative voice. I made the investment and I’m fully confident it will pay off!

Having a coach is helpful to get any work done on yourself. This program is fast and supportive to get you started on consulting. The reason for 4 stars over 5 is the speed that they want for determining and designing your new brand (name, logo, process, process graphic) all in 1 week. I felt behind every day after this since I could not move that quickly on a part I care so much about.

Well well well. where do I start? after three decades of experience in the healthcare space and many years later building my website, I came across Tricia's Facebook posting. something drew me to inquire more, and with her free consult, I took a chance.
her program is quick, content is pertinent and she offers so so so much more that is included in the price. it's all invaluable, really good content that you can always utilize.
I am so proud that Mary, who is part of her sales team gave me the freedom to make a decision on what I wanted to do. I work full-time as an administrator in a hospital, so I'm not able to dedicate as much time as I would ordinarily dedicate on a project that I love. Nevertheless, so so much information I've learned. throughout the entire course, Tricia was making additions, making boss moves throughout the entire program to ensure that we had all the content that we needed and then some. I would highly recommend her program to anyone who is looking to have a consulting business. well, I guess I should say any female. Lol. And I should also add a few comments about her staff Lindsay, Zita and Jim. all three need a separate section to themselves for me to provide content about. They are just awesome, that's all I can say.
