The Website jolamstore.com does not exist anymore, they use tourcruiser.com, which belongs to Jolamsneaker.com

I have found a very negative information online regarding tourcruiser.com with reference to joramsneaker.com. They either don’t ship the orders at all or ship a wrong product. The products which are shipped are fake, those are shipped from Vietnam, this information has been deleted after I had sent a complaint via email with screenshots to the customer service. Do not buy products from jolamsneaker.com or tourcruiser.com!!

RUN! Scammers! Orders jumpsuit for Xmas and it’s now March and still have not received order. Don’t order from these people.

This store is a 100% scam. I ordered and paid for Nike shoes and never got confirmation of the order. After 1 month I sent an email and got no response. I then sent another email that if they didn’t reply, I would cancel the order and challenge the credit card fees. Still no response, so I called my credit card company and they refunded my money immediately.

This is a fraudulent website. Do not order from them.

A friggin scam. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my siblings for about 400 and it’s been over a month now and I haven’t received anything yet. Contacting them only sends you straight to voicemail. Don’t fyckin buy anything from them!

Great service I ordered a pair of Jordan 11 bred on August 28 and received them on September 6. Lookout for an email and tracking number.

I've followed all directions on the return policy. Haven't heard a response other than let me check you order. I've called and shipped and items to address on file for return policy located out of Utah.

Is there any way to truly report this and get money back?

A total scam ! I returned the air jordans and attempted returning according to their website directions. The UPS store just called to tell me the return was refused. I am out the cost of the sneakers and the $24 shipping!

Got scammed out of $300. I'm a single mother and can't afford this. Never respond to emails or calls. I am reporting this to the authorities and will get the site shut down!!!

WHY DO SCAMMERS HAVE TO EXIST!!! Taking hard earned money from honest people is NOT good karma people!! I ordered my daughter shoes for back to school over a month ago. I received an email with a tracking number, thank goodness I took a screen shot (It said they were shipping DHL). However, after I closed the email, it vanished. Completely. No longer in my inbox, trash, junk, just gone. NOW my tracking number isn't even valid anymore when I check it. Of course if you try to call them, it just has you leave a voicemail. Someone please explain to me how someone can continue to conduct fraudulent business online out in the open and nobody shuts them down??

This place sucks not once have they spoke to me or sent me any information on my son's shoes. JUST SEND THE DANG SHOES OR GIVE ME A REFUND. DANG I JUST WANT TO TALK WITH SOME ONE. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM.
