Most of the staff are lovely and polite ,one girl imparticular is very rude ,refused to serve me at till ,asked me to go to the other till were a staff member was already serving a customer,I had large dog bag of food in hand as well as other items ,for her to call the male behind me and to serve him,while I'm still waiting in line ,
she never has a smile on her face either,not good customer service at all ,this is in Bangor store northern Ireland

Always have what I need and much better priced than some other well known stores.

Service is getting worse! Had to squeeze past two staff members talking to get to til. Then they ignored me and kept talking. Eventually the male came over, didn't apologise just mumbled something and scanned my products. I have supported this store for many years but find the customer service is getting worse

I love bringing my dog into Jolleys it is a wee trip out for her. The shop is organised and clean. The staff are very friendly. The items are very reasonably priced and good quality.

Always welcomed when i enter the premises , either with a hello, a nod of the head or eye contact. Staff always willing to help, carrying item to the til or even out to the car for me. Long term memebrs of staff reconise me and engage in joyful banter
