Went into the Barnsley store asking about treats for my puppy- Alex was so helpful- and knowledgable, giving me different options and the reasons for each one.

If you visit this store and u sure of something- ask for Alex!

Good products instore & the customer loyalty program is useful. However, the staff never interact with your pet which is a shame. Jolleys bought our local independent pet store and my dog remembers them because they always made a fuss of him & gave him a little treat. The counters are way too high for dogs to see although my dog keeps trying to catch the shop workers eye ☹️

A supermarket for your pets. Everything to hand and reasonably priced too. I got stuff for my fish, puppy dogs and adult dogs all in the one place!

I went into the Barnsley store yesterday and spoke to Alex about switching pet food for my dog. We spent time with me going over in detail the pros and cons of different types of food suited to my dog. The service was great and I didn’t feel rushed. He gave me a few samples to try and lots of options. I have been going to that store for years but he took the time and patience to help. So thank you.

I can't fault the products in store.
Good to see that you are moving towards the natural side of dog foods.
But throughout my time at the store not once was my dog acknowledged.
Even though she was wagging her tail hopefully waiting for a fuss and maybe a treat at the till.
Not the first time this has happened at this store.
My dog was totally nonplussed by the situation as a fuss and a treat is a standard practice observed all pet stores she visits.
