I had a great time at Jollyes today, as always. Staff are friendly and helpful, the store is always well-stocked and presented beautifully. Everything I need is easy to find and staff are more than happy to show you if you get lost. I always find a deal on something which is handy with 2 cats and 5 reptiles to provide for!

The young lady who serviced me at the till, was lovely, extremely helpful, offered to help me out with my stuff, as it was heavy, I said I was fine!
She asked me was I in the Pet club and got my vouchers off the total, I was so pleased as I bought a lot!!
An excellent service!
She also told me to have a good day! So lovely, it would encourage me to go back to that particular one!! Thanks young lady!! Store in Newtownabbey!! Time around 4 pm ish!

Staff couldn’t be friendlier, when we went in they were close to closing and the lady mopping the floor was so nice and asked if she could pet our puppy, this was great to see as most people like to pet without asking this then scares him, showing this level of understanding and care makes it amazing easy to return and know that I can bring my puppy with me again and that the staff will be amazing with him.

A young fella helped me with choosing a new food for my dog. He said he had just recently joined the company. He was very knowledgeable & spoke about how he changed the food for his own dog. Lovely guy.

Team were really friendly from entering the store to exiting. Store had everything we needed and for a decent price too!

Sales assistant was very helpful and informative. When I got to counter to pay you normally get a discount if you are a member. This has stopped and you now get points on an app. Very unhappy with change to app and points. Would even put me off going back. Isn't suitable for older clients, we have pets too and not great with apps.

A negligent HR operation that allows systemic abuse of staff. Allows lazy staff to stay on the payroll. Dishes out redundancies to management staff without warning.

It was easy to find what I was looking for and the staff member that served me was kind and helpful.
