Helpful staff, easy to find on floor and happy to take products to the till and even the car while I was handling a large and excitable puppy.

Vet was rude as anything muttering under his breath and wouldn’t listen to how old my kittens were at all despite providing the dates and him calculating them wrong. Kept tutting and shaking his head not a positive experience

Stuff was easy to find and at a good price and the staff were really nice and helpful

Easy to navigate the store so I found what I needed quickly. Big choice of dog beds so I bought one without any hassle. Staff friendly and efficient.

however this loyalty card they have
in store that they always ask about doesn't yield much in the way of savings bit pointless I think.
