Spoke to a young lady in the shop, she was very helpful and had plenty of advice to offer me, eg explaining what types of products I should be buying for my puppy (French bulldog), it was like she was very friendly and happy to be serving me,

Person we dealt with was very knowledgeable about food for our Rescue Sprocker. She came with Wagg dog food, it was the first time we had purchased this food.

We own a few dogs and cats and we just love shopping at Jollyes.
We also bring them to the Pet Clinic to have their inoculations because the Vets and staff at Jollyes are wonderful and their prices cheaper than going to normal Vets.
Also when you shop at Jollyes you can get discounts and vouchers.
Jollyes is by far our favourite pet shop.

Nice atmosphere and staff assistance , second to none

All the staff went above and beyond to get my dog food when in short supply. I have a dog with severe dietary restrictions so he can only eat chappie original. Rang me with updates. The deputy manager was really understanding.

Every time I visit this store, the young staff are cheerful, attentive and helpful - carrying heavy sacks of seed out to the car without even being asked, helping me find items that seem to have moved about since the previous visit and just generally making an ordinary shopping experience a pleasure. Well done Team!
