I knew what I went in for and I came out with it and that’s it. I was, however confused by all the different brands of the flea treat meant I required for my 2 older (14 years old) cats. I was seen right away by a “jolly” and professional representative. He listened to me carefully and showed me 3 products to choose from. In the end I was not forced to purchase anything and the final decision was mine. I appreciate this autonomy and support. Thank you.

Staff at Bridgwater Jolleys are absolutely excellent, ive been in a few times over the last 4 weeks for my puppy and staff have always been helpful with her having a very delicate tummy advising me on best brands to help her. So as massive thank you to all the staff. 😊 highly recommend 🐕‍🦺🐾🐾

I was able to find what I was looking for. The gentleman at the til was polite friendly and asked if I managed to find everything. It's lovely to go into a store and have a happy person serve you

Absolutely diabolical regarding millet for my budgies. Everytime I go in they have none or just a few sprigs, clearly it is popular. I even ring to enquire but am told that they never know whats coming in.

Everyone in the store is so so kind and polite, it is my dogs fave place ever!! She should be the ambassador or get a job there, as she much prefers it to pets at home as she gets attention lol!! The staff are so knowledgeable and my dog always had a bad stomach but she's on the right food as the staff helped me so well! . I won't say what staff names as I don't have all their names and they all deserve praise and a raise!! Everyone!!! They're so nice not one staff member I have complaints about, always clean and well stocked it's our favourite store ☺️
