From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Pip at the Cadbury store
Pip at the Cadbury store, Congresbury, showed the best customer and genuine service I've ever experienced.
I was running late due to traffic and needed to get dog food. I called the store 10 minutes before closing, and Pip, in a kind tone, asked instantly what I needed so she could have it ready despite closing in so soon - I got delayed further but still with a joyful energy Pip happily helped and we had a cheerful conversation despite it being after the time of closure. Pip was so lovely and ensured my dog got her food and it is greatly appreciated. Fully recommend this store - and the experience will be better if Pip is there to help.

Fussy husky, amazing good
I have a very fussy husky and I was recommended a dog food from Jollyes in Cadbury Garden Centre from a friend, and I wanted to check if I tried a dog food and my dog didn’t like it that I was able to return it, the helpful assistant said I could. The food I was also looking to purchase (lifestage) she advised was popular and not many people bring it back. Lo and behold it’s work and my dog loves it! I will be returning to purchase more and thanks to her for asking if I am a member, she signed me and now I get a little discount so thank you :)
