The team at the Cannock store are always so helpful and friendly. Offering great advice on food and natural ways to support your dogs health.

The shop has recently removed the animal section, rabbits,fish, birds etc which is a shame as it was always so lovely to see the animals and the kids loved it.

Great range of products, always something to choose from and their own brand of dog food (Lifestage) has really suited our dogs.

The warm welcome and interaction from Lauren making shopping a good experience and encouraging us to return!

Good deal buying 2 bags of litter. Cheaper than other well known suppliers. Then I had a further discount for having a membership card.
A helpful, pleasant, male staff member carried the sacks to my car for me.

Been going to jollyes groomers for a few years now
but the lady that groomed my dog's left last year always done a good job very happy
So I thought I would still Go
Took my dogs today
not happy with the way they have axed at my chihuahua's coat leaving it looking scruffy cut on one side but not the other
had to finish off my patterdale coat a round the butt and face
paid the same price as last year but had more done last year

Staff were extremely helpful and gave great advice with pros & cons, factual advice and friendly but didnt push us to buy a certain brand he gave information, answered questions to allow us to decide for ourselves . Really great service
