From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. First class staff
I went to this shop to buy food for my newly acquired Lovebirds, the section was easy to find and had everything I was looking for. Most importantly the shelves were well spaced and navigating around in my wheelchair (obviously with my motor unit called Neil) 🤣 was very easy. The lady who served us at the till was wonderful, quite often because I’m in a wheelchair shop staff talk to my husband not to me, it’s incredibly frustrating, but this lovely lady did the whole transaction, talking to me, explaining why the till didn’t work and offering me a bag and apologising because there wasn’t one with a bird on it. Please thank her from me, I left the shop smiling from ear to ear and I felt like a normal person again. We will return and use your shop again for anything we want for our bird babies. By the way lovebird shopping bag, hint hint 🥰

They are so helpful and informative
They are so helpful and informative. Nothing is too much trouble.lovely friendly staff. Their prices are fantastic really cheap but very good quality. We had trouble finding somewhere that sold food for our cockatiel with plenty of variety, now we will always go to Jollyes . Also we buy wild bird food again very good variety and value. Would highly recommend this fantastic store.
