Staff are so friendly. Always have a good range of toys and treats for my pomapoo dog. They don't sell everything I need so I so have to go to 2 pet shops monthly to get all the food my dog likes... but it is always a pleasure to visit Jolleys. :)

I have been trying to buy the trays of 24 tins of Chappie since before Christmas yet everytime I go into, or phone the Chichester store they have none! One person tells me that it's very popular so they sell out quickly. Well if it's that popular, which I expect it is, then why on earth don't they stock more of it?! This has now happened on 5 occasions and I continually have to go elsewhere like PETS AT HOME so you're clearly losing business and I for one won't bother using your store soon as it's a complete waste of time. I need this food as I have an elderly dog who now has to be fed this due to a medical condition and she's on 2 tins a day. The last time I went in I was told that it's head office that does the ordering and there's never enough ordered. You need to pull your socks up over this as it seems that every single time in the last few months the shelf is constantly empty of the cases of 24 tins. I know I'm not the only one who is fed up with it and has to go searching elsewhere. You have competitors not far from you and you will lose customers.
Your staff are great, your stock not so much!

I have always found Jolleyes to be a fair competitive retailer. By comparison to others I find even with the distance to travel to Chichester I am still saving on my monthly bag of dog food. The bugs that Jolleyes have for the gecko seem lively and healthy and are gone in a flash. Store staff are friendly and approachable and shopping is always a good experience. Can't fault anything.

The toy range for dogs is amazing, took my boxer puppy to pick a treat, he was a very happy pup 🐶
Prices are affordable…… even the decent toys.

I'll tell you what went wrong I shopped with jollies chichester west sussex since it opened spent 100 a month and never ever received the 2 pound voucher ever bit con being a member of the pet club
