Budgie seed.
After failing to find the product wanted on the shelf I asked the assistant to check if there's any in stock. She went out of her way to locate the product of which there was one only left and it had fallen to back of shelf. She was so very helpful unfortunately I don't know her name but it was on Wednesday 26th November a.m. and the product was budgie seed. Thank you again for your excellent customer service.

Fantastic choice
They have a good range of natural dog treats that are sold separately and very good in price. My dog loves the mixture I get her.

Kitten vaccinations
I used my local branch of Jollyes (Chippenham) for kitten vaccinations. My kittens were given a thorough health check and were vaccinated carefully and skillfully. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Went get new coat for one of my dogs…
Went get new coat for one of my dogs got no help in finding the correct one . But just by me was a staff member put things away on the racks with no help I did find one for my dog . I am 80 years old . To me there no training on customer service .like can I help to find the correct dog coat .And I had my other dog with me .No training with customer service.p

Went to the Chippenham branch to get some food, the freezers were empty so had to get another type but the dog refuses to even look at it.
