Always brilliant
Staff in Jolleys are always top notch, friendly and very helpful with any needs I have with my dog.
Nala is a reactive German Shepherd and she hasnt been in the shop for 2 years at least but the staff still ask about her, which is always awesome

I was was in looking for a few things for my dog, the lady helping me was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable, the gentleman at the till was also lovely, he got me signed up to an account! All staff had brilliant customer service skills! Will definitely be returning.

Good knowledgeable staff.
Good knowledgeable, helpful staff. Good spacious store, well laid out. Good choice of products, but, could be better in that field. Your Petclub vouchers were a great idea, but unfortunately they are finishing at the end of this month, not a good idea.
