From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. I really wanted to give this a 5 star review but I can't on Friday I went to get myself a new little friend a dwarf hamster. I went with my friend to get it it with me the fella that sold me it I can't remember his name he was manly telling my friend what to do not me it was made very clear from the start it was for me not for my friend I felt very belittled I'm an adult not a child.

I spoke to one member of staff looking for clarification on products which they were very helpful about.
I spoke to a member of staff at check out about my purchases & they were also extremely helpful.
The staff I spoke to were polite, helpful, answered my questions & did it all with a smile & made me feel that I was very welcome in the store
