Staff are very pleasant and welcoming but perhaps could be more on the shop floor for advice and assistance with lifting.

I was in the Cookstown store and there were 3 ladies / young ladies working, but talking together and I stood a minute before I was served, they didn’t say hello or acknowledge me which I felt was very rude!
One young lady then served me, and was pleasant when she served me and asked me did I need a hand out to car as I had a lot to carry, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised!! I was very thankful for her help!! Didn’t know her name!! Thanks M
