Plus asked if it was too soon to say Merry Christmas lol. Fabulous staff at Banner Brook.

Helpful great customer service
We buy raw food for our dog and there is always stock availability whenever we need it. Staff are friendly and always giving advise.

Lovely friendly staff
Lovely friendly staff, however, the stock of frozen dog food was almost non-existent.
Only 2 bags of Nature's Menu Tripe and the other make I would have bought, which is on special offer (12 for the price of 10) only had 7 bags in stock.
Really disappointing.

Limited Choice
Really surprised you had got rid of the pick and mix re dog biscuits; not prepared to purchase a number of boxes of different ones as would cost too much. Very limited fish food for ponds in smaller containers and hardly any choice. Shop seemed to be overloaded with stock on display with little choice.
