Staff alway loverly and helpful my cats love ther treats they are always fully stocked with ther favs

Jollyes is my closest pet shop however I am reluctant to visit again. Asked a member of staff to assist weighing my dog, who then proceeded to accuse me of neglecting my dog and my choice to feed cold pressed based on his weight. Went to the vet the next day for advice and when they weighed my dog he was 1.5kg heavier than in Jollyes! Vet was more than happy with my dog, his condition and my choice of food. Vet also told me not to take advice from a pet shop employee as they are not qualified to give proper nutritional advice.

I would have said 5 star but last Saturday I bought raw meat for my dogs but apparently they had problems with freezers but my dogs are not eating it as it’s not of the same quality they normally eat it straight off but the staff are fantastic and helpful hopefully the problem is solved

I would give a full rating for customer service always been polite friendly and helpful.just disappointed that you no longer sell birds and fish. Though I do understand that this is becoming harder due to the cost,but I hope you can continue to make a profit

The food i normally buy for my dog has just disappeared from the shelves. I get purina beta light. There are other types. Puppy, sensitive etc. The staff can't tell me if it will come back. I have to buy it from Amazon. I can still buy the cans and treats but not the dried food.

I visited yesterday and to my delight my dogs food was on offer. When I approached the till the server was friendly, bubbly and chatty taking my details for the pet club and how much I saved. She asked if I wanted to buy an additional item from the counter and when I declined she wasnot pushy and was in agreement with my reaso .

Been buying everything for our cat from this store in Darlington since 2019.
Called in two days ago. You no longer sell the cat litter she is used to or indeed the food tins(purina Gourmet gold). Will therefore close our membership
