Jolleys policy 5 minutes allowed for animal vaccination and health chechup
Last week in the extreme heat I was at Jolleys Dartford. The Vet was told by Jolleys only allowed 5 minutes to examine health of animal and give vaccination. Vet was very nice and apologised but said it was Jolleys policy Also consulting room no air-conditioning and putting animals under stress going in a boiling hot consulting room. This is a ridiculous short time and seemed like a conveyor belt for vaccinations. RSPCA should be informed about Jolleys policy.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve experienced. I tried calling 10 to 15 times in a single day, and no one answered the phone—it either rang endlessly or just cut out. To make matters worse, I attempted to book a vet appointment multiple times, but the system wouldn’t even let me complete the process. This is hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Completely unacceptable!

Poor service
After 8.5 years off coming to this jollys in dartford I will never visit this store again. They employ young men with know respect to a disabled person and making him look stupid in front of other customers. I left he said good go somewhere else then. Poor service.
