Absolutely awful experience at Jollyes Dereham.
The breeder had already paid for my dachshund puppy’s vaccination course, so all I needed was the second injection. I tried booking earlier but there were no appointments available, so I booked the earliest slot I could get.
When I arrived, I was told because it was a week late they had to restart the entire course and charge me again. Then AFTER taking payment, the vet told me they couldn’t even do the injections today anyway because of “protocol” and I had to come back tomorrow.
To make matters worse, their website booking system apparently has problems after recent updates. Neither myself nor the staff member could get it working properly.
The whole thing was chaotic, stressful and badly organised. My puppy was distressed in her crate throughout the process while nobody seemed able to provide a proper solution.
Being charged again because of appointment availability issues and a broken booking system is completely unacceptable.

Thank you for the response, however it does not actually address the main issue.
The problem is not simply that the experience was “stressful”. The issue is that I was charged again for vaccinations due to lack of appointment availability and a booking system that neither myself nor your staff could get working properly.
I was then informed AFTER payment that the vaccinations could not even be administered that day.
An apology is appreciated, but I would like clarification regarding why I was expected to pay again under circumstances that were clearly outside of my control, and whether a refund or reimbursement will be offered.

Staff are excellent and very helpful. Store was clean as well.
