Helpful staff & a great store
Helpfulness of staff when attempting to provide a price for a dog-bed which had no arcade.
Then when we got to the till laden down with large dog-bed, 12kg sack of food & other sundries a staff member stopped the task they were doing & opened another till.

I purchased a large Cheeko Fabric…
I purchased a large Cheeko Fabric Kennel on the understanding that was the largest size available but when I got home & read the info on the box realised the manufacturer also made a kennel in extra large. When I rang the store the person I spoke to was pleasant enough but informed me they didn’t stock the extra large & wouldn’t be able to buy it in for me. So unfortunately I will now return the large kennel & look to source the extra large from another retailer when all I wanted to do was swop the large for the extra large & pay the difference. Not sure why Jollyes couldn’t have bought in the extra large when they stock the other three sizes & this now means they will lose out to one of their competitors.

Easy to make appointment, didn't have to wait long before seeing the vet. The vet was very good and explained everything.

I came in with my new puppy the staff…
I came in with my new puppy the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered to carry my bag of dog food to the car but I had parked quite a way from the store so that my pup could have a little walk and possibly a toilet stop
