Very friendly young man served us our dog food was on offer £8:00 off the price always a bonus. The young man recommended a lotion for our dog as she keeps itching. Good experience visiting the shop yesterday.

The people in Jollyes are always super friendly and helpful and pleased to see my fur baby even if she tries to leave them a little gift!!

Stopped off at jollyes on the way home from a 4day break with the family. Didn't know about you until I googled pets shops near where we were driving through, went in and was greeted with a well presented and stocked shop. I was looking for a dog bed, as my dog had decided whilst away she liked to sleep in them now rather than rip them apart. Found what I wanted which was a bargain cath kidson dog bed. Man at the till was friendly. We will definitely be back as the dog food we buy is also nearly £15 cheaper than what we pay at pets at home.

Items easy to find and a helpful feature with wild bird seed,you can choose the amount you need,cracking stuff,also staff helpful and knowledgeable,will definitely shop again,ps,great offers on dog treats.

The staff at the Dover store are always helpful as I have a range of pet requirement. The Royal Canin dry catfood is reasonably priced too.

The staff are always so friendly, the store is well stocked.
One occasion, I had misplaced my keys and could not find them at home. Remembering the evening before I popped into the store, I gave them a call. A lovely lady I spoke with was not on duty the previous day, but she took my details and called her colleague who was on their day off. I really appreciated the effort they went to, and for the colleague to pick up the call on their non working day. He confirmed, I had left them behind and they were securely in their safe so I could collect them. Both employees are a credit to the company.

Assistant very helpful, found the item I needed and carried it to the car for me. I got everything I was shopping for so really pleased.
