Really good customer service, in a very relaxed environment. You can find anything in the store with ease. But if you can't then you only have to speak to one of the staff members.

I shop in the store a few times a month and every time I go into store the assistant are really not very helpful and rude I would shop elese where if It wasn't for the fact is I buy my dogs food from there

I’ve only given this review a 3 star as had another pretty miserable experience with Jollyes in Eccles again.
I can honestly say that I have seen more personality in a Chapel of Rest than I have witnessed from staff (not all mainly the store management) I would have scored a 1 but some of the team are great it’s just a shame they aren’t always working.
When there is so much choice of retailers and the domination of online this store really doesn’t understand the concept of loyalty of customers.

Would I shop here again? ABSOLUTELY NOT

The lady at tge check out was extremely helpful and helped me get a discounted price by updating my membership

The retail assistant ,forgive me I can not remember his name ,was very helpful with his knowledge and advice on us getting a new kitten

Store close to work. Doesn't seem to stock Royal Canine urinary care any more so was a little disappointed. Usually a pleasant experience spoiled on this occasion by teenagers running round the store getting in everyone's way. Nobody really tried to stop them so was extremely annoying. Otherwise, staff pleasant.

What a lovely welcoming store, such friendly helpful staff. Great choice of dog toys at very reasonable prices.
