From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Not the best, not the worst.
Customer Service is great,
Good choice of products but prices are a bit high.
Loyalty reward programme isn’t very good.
Not the best place but certainly not the worst.
Happy to buy from here again if needed, but I wouldn’t go out my way.
Certainly room for improvement as feeding and maintaining your pet can be costly as it is.
