From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Shop very clean and tidy
Shop very clean and tidy, staff always helpful.
The only thing is, they encourage customers to join their loyalty club then don't explain exactly what the points system is all about.

Decent quality own brand & good advice.
Always friendly staff (in Gloucester store).
Their own brand dog food is rated 60 plus % on All About Dog Food site which is pretty good. I'd like to see more high end animal foods in the store & less of the cheap rubbish if they really care about animal welfare.
Prices are pretty good generally.

I went into the Gloucester shop 21 st January and Chris served me, what a friendly and knowledgeable person he is a credit to the company always upbeat and loves his job.

Friendly and Helpful
Such a helpful and friendly man in Jollyes who always has time for a little banter (not when there's a queue though!).
Good range of supplies for my dog, with various offers at different times of the year. If I'm visiting Gloucester I always pop in.
