From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. No grooming service means a poorer customer service

Very disappointed that there is no longer a grooming service. Can't believe that they are focusing more on raw foods than grooming. Every owner needs their dog grooming. I no longer have any reason to go to Jolleys and pickup dog food at the same time. They are just handing their entire business over to their competition. It's decisions like these that sink a business.

Deeply disappointed just found out the…

Deeply disappointed just found out the Halifax store has new owners and they are closing down the grooming room, poor staff, packing everything up.
It’s back to pets at home for us, as they have also stopped stocking the food we use.
Poor business decisions cost customers.

Very helpful

Very helpful, polite & friendly staff. He took my products to the check out, took me to the products I needed & then after checking them out carried them out to my car. Wish I knew his name. He was fantastic & a credit to you.

Customer Service

I was able to secure specific brand of food behind counter before I set off on my journey to the store, which meant I didn’t waste my time.

Very Helpful Staff

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff! I will now be using this pet shop regularly due to their great staff and good prices.
