The young lady in the Harlow store is very helpful and kind - i go in each Saturday and she has even remembered my name.

I also always donate some dog food for the local dog home each week

First visit for a while as previous dog passed some time ago and awaiting pickup of rescue dog the next day. Staff were very helpful with advise . Discussing the dogs needs etc with my decision to go with your own brand Lifestyle products.

Good effort to communicate. The server was happy to be there. She took time to help with our questions regarding calming products.
As regular customers it's important to feel valued.

Live crickets and locusts they get delivered by peregrine are always nearly dead and very low numbers. Of poor quality also. When do get an ok box they die within couple days. Not first time and won't be last. They are always bad.

I was told on the phone there was 5 Jollyes clumping cat litter on the shelf.
When I arrived there were none. Assistant found there should be 3. Found 2 on next shelf down behind heavy bags.
