I visit Jolleys Harrogate almost every week, it does not matter which staff members are working at the time I visit, they are always very helpful, polite and accommodating when I turn up at closing time

Friendly helpful staff, bad organisation of stock.
The Harrogate store is always messy, there's stock blocking aisles. Always get asked if I'd like to donate to a dog shelter, despite going in 4 times a week. This is not sustainable, and I'd like the option to donate without being asked everytime. No grooming services.
Staff are always friendly and helpful though.
