Staff was very helpful towards me and showed me how to use my card and things for my fare babies

Never have a problem buying in store, staff always helpful and friendly. Purchases can be made quickly and always seem to have what I need in stock. Only thing I would like is more discount for buying the same dog dry and wet food consistently. Especially in a cost of living crisis when our pet foods are regarded as a luxury item, every bit helps as I would rather go without food myself than part with a loyal and loving pet, a time when we need them the most. ♥️🐶🐾

Megan always does a fantastic job when she grooms my dog. My dog loves going and jumps up at the door to be let in. And she always comes out looking and smelling gorgeous. (My dog, that is) I can’t recommend her enough. Thanks Megan.

Iv used jolly’s on kingswood since opening the staff are great if you need help and their pet clinic is brilliant too i took 8 boxer puppies for first vaccines and the vet was brilliant with them and the staff was more then happy to lend a hand in hold them for me while I switched puppies in an out the crate. The staff here are a lot more helpful and polite then at the other pet store not so far away!!

I had worries about my little Dashing itching. A tall young man with a lovely manner and pleasant smile reassured me.
I visit the store regulally and are always greeted with kindness and a smile
