Took my cockerpoo to a appointment only to be told they had gone on holiday and hadn’t cancelled my appointment or moved it, even though I had 2 remainder’s and email to make sure I turned up 🙄 then a week before the next they did have the decency to ring to cancel stating they was going away they could tell I wasn’t happy but managed to get me in the week before now by this time it’s 12 weeks since they last did him so his tail had gone a bit mattered they shaved him down to nothing he looked like a whippet but they also cut his tongue in the process how I don’t know, not even a apology or a follow up phone call to check he was ok.
So I won’t be using them again or recommending them to anyone
