From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Staff member very friendly but I’ve been part of the pet club for years always buy my dog food from you, and enjoyed the benefits of a bit off the price when you used monthly tokens, I thought this was carrying on but just not with the monthly tokens but I realised when I bought my pet food this week I didn’t get any reduction in price so cannot see the point of being in your pet club anymore. ☹️

Jolly Groomer - Ilkeston
Took my dog to be groomed & Bradley did a fantastic job. She's normally really anxious about having her nails clipped but he managed to do them all with no issues. Really friendly service & very reasonable prices. Will definitely be using them again.

Friendly staff. I have recently had problems using the…
I have recently had problems using the website and the app so didn't know I had vouchers available. The staff instore were very helpful even though they were unable to rectify the problem. They gave me good advice. I was then able to get the problem resolved by phone.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

Jollyes for Jolly Good Service
Very knowledgeable staff member, who is very passionate about his role. Always have a lovely conversation with him. Cheerful and always willing to help. Excellent customer service skills. Lovely clean shop lots of choice.
