I went into my local branch in Keighley West Yorkshire to purchase You Move Daily Bites Senior . There was a cardboard display detailing the discount and other incentives which was frankly confusing.

You have changed the system again since May and when I asked if I qualify for the 10% discount offered I was given an explanation that was highly confusing and only applicable to people who are digitally competent. The member of staff was definitely not sure of the system you have now !!

I was looking for a new collar and harness for my Staffy. The team were very excited to see Tilly my Staffy and came and greeted her and offered her pets and treats. Tilly now has a lovely new collar and harness.

I was looking for some little big bones (which were out of stock) and when I asked where they were the young man was really pleasant and very helpfull

I purchased two large bags of dog food. Your server was very patient allowing me to leave one bag whilst I went back to collect the other. After paying she offered to carry one to the car meaning I didn’t have to make two trips. I feel that is above and beyond her expectations. She was professional, welcoming, kind, chatty and genuinely a lovely lady. Thank you Jollyes x
