From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Great value products. I buy here as the other stores with dog food don't have such a high meat content like Jollyes do. Bern my go to for my pets needs for years now

Keep trying to order Arden Grange…
Keep trying to order Arden Grange gastrointestinal online and every time I go to check out it says NAN phoned my local store they just said get hold of customer services can't get hold of them tried to phone several times and no answer my dog really needs this food and it's frustrating

Watch your personal detaisl
I would strongly advise you being careful with this store. They handout people details and the. Admit they can't handle GDPR in store.
When raising a complaint they just try and work away out of it rather than own it and try and put things right.
Avoid it and don't sign up to any members card. They refusing to remove all my details.

All the staff at Jolleys are very friendly and helpful and genuinely like pets, even yours.
I can’t think of a time I haven’t enjoyed visiting the store.

Staff always friendly
The staff are always friendly and helpful. However, I’m disappointed that the Lifestage wet food trays are now only available in whole boxes of one flavour. I normally buy 6/7 choosing 2 of of each of Flavours each month.
