From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. The sales assistant was very rude
The sales assistant was very rude! Not helpful at all. We asked her a question and she said “ read the packet” no interaction at all. Which is very unlike the Kingslynn store I have always known them to be kind and helpful. Having not been in for 1 year it has changed for the worst.

Too much to ask for help?!
How a great day can turn bad due to miserable people. I came to the shop to get some advise about my dog regarding a little wound as we are away on holiday, away from our vet. The girl behind the till was not only miserably mardy, she seemed adement not to help us.. I'm not bothered with people not helping people but this is an living animal for godsake..

Cheer up and be helpful
It often makes me wonder why some people get up in the morning and go to work.
The assistant (ginger hair tied up) in Jollyes is just one of those people. She seems to be out to make everyone sad. There was no way that she wanted to help me or the ladies with the puppy in front of me.

I asked about subscribing to a dog food…
I asked about subscribing to a dog food and if I did so, could I buy in store within my subscription and thereafter have it delivered. The customer service man had no idea.
Poorly trained and really didn’t care. Never has anyone offeeed to help with my big bags of dog food. Better service from Pets at Home.

Clean tidy store
Clean tidy store. Isles well signposted so items easy to find. A good selection of goods throughout the store . Prices very reasonable.
