Very friendly helpful customer service. Mostly has what I need in stock with a good variety, often cheaper than other pet stores. I get what I need here for less than it costs me at pets at home as my next closest pet shop. Only thing I would say is the lavender scented puppy mats I usually buy have been out of stock in stores for weeks and I'd like to see them back in again. There is very helpful pet advice offered and sales are good for my dogs as well as seasonal offers. The team are great and make visits a pleasant experience.

Hi, recently I changed my Retreavers dog food from Wagg kibble as I found the Wagg didn't agree with him. I explained this to one of your staff members in your Lurgan Co Armagh branch and she recommended your LifeStage kibble, tho it was alot more expensive at £38 for 12kg I went for it and have to say my Retreaver has no issues with it. Your staff member also to me that when you purchase your first bag of LifeStage kibble at £38 every other bag after that the price drops to £36 which I thought was fair. I had purchase a few bags between your staff telling me this and the latest bag which was last week and it was only then I cought on there was no price drop for the next bags I bought, not only was there no price drop the bags increased in price to £39 . I inquired of another staff member about the price drop and was informed they never heard of an price drop and your staff member was wrong to tell me this which I thought was slightly shocking and misleading. I don't remember the exact dates but my purchase will be on my account, not happy atall but thanks for taking time to read this. Thankyou Jim Mc Gibbon.

The staff were very helpful, the lady I now know to be the manager remember me coming in a few weeks ago to purchase a puppy harness. It felt like my toy poodles were valued members.

I was in Lurgan Jollyes Friday 18th 2025 around lunchtime/early afternoon, I asked the guy behind the counter for help (unfortunately I don’t know his name) as I hadn’t a clue what was a suitable toy and chewable bone for a 8/9 week old puppy, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciated all his time he spent with me, nothing was to much trouble. Thank you.
