From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. The staff in this store are excellent…

The staff in this store are excellent and very knowledgeable. The manager was so helpful, she talked us through everything.

When we call to the shop we normally look out for a girl called gemma as she is very
knowledgeable about everything. She has helped us so much.
I have to say we are very disappointed to see all the animals removed from the store. We had been looking to purchase another guinea pig as we have done for years.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I needed help carrying heavy bags of dog food and the young assistant was happy to help 😊. I will certainly shop here again.

What a load of rubbish jollies say my…

What a load of rubbish jollies say my purchase today has allowed them to load my points to my account i never made any purchase today & not really sure if i would buy from them again they are trying to fool people who would read what they wrote to answer my quest
I went to purchase goods on the 5th of november when i went to pay at the till they asked if i was a member of there pet club i answered yes i was then they said they could fime me they checked email phone no pist code etc then they said i would have to reg'd again which i did & got 10% off my purchase then when i paid by card they said they had found me ???? Come on get your act together

It very much sounds as though a till operator has accidentally added points to your account in error, that were meant for another customer with the same postcode as you.
