I did not rate my experience at Jolleys. It seems to me to be very commercial. In and out, no real care or communication. As a pet store for products it’s ok, as for the vetinery side I would not recommend it

Great service, friendly staff and plenty of choice

Whenever I go into our local shop the staff are always cheerful and helpful.

Staff require more product knowledge. They need to be quicker to offer help, rather than customer chasing them for help. Also need to show a little interest in customers Pets.

I was told about the correct bedding for my daughter’s hamster as we had previously been using wood shavings.

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was offered fo join the card scheme which I took advantage of.

We also had our dog vaccinated at the pet care there and the staff was lovely.

Fantastic store!! My dog has very specific food allergies and there is always plenty of choice in store of things she can actually eat. Allergy specific food and treats can be so expensive but the prices are very very reasonable. Staff are very knowledgeable about products and so helpful.

I always buy my live bugs from jollyes they are always fresh and last for ages

I've been using Jollyes pet shop for about a year and I've been really impressed. The Dog food that I buy is their own make - it is the first time I have every used a shops own make and I am really pleased. My dogs love the white fish kibble and thet have mainly fish treats. They now no longer have tear stains around their eyes. I definitely wouldn't swap their food and they are happy to eat it.
The staff in the maidstone branch are always very polite and seem to have good knowledge of their products.
