The staff are all friendly and helpful you always get what your looking for in there too plus prices are pretty cheap too

Always spotlessly clean very friendly and helpful staff always have a text message reminding me of my dogs grooming appointment and no hidden charges.

We booked online for our new puppy's…
We booked online for our new puppy's first injection. We found that there were friendly and helpful staff. The store had lots of stock to browse through. The price we paid was the same as it was on the website.

Took our dog in for grooming, she has a medical condition that means she gets anxious and pants a lot. The staff are amazing at Pantbach store, they are aware of and make allowances for our dog, letting her take breaks and assuring her during grooming. The shop staff are very helpful too, advising on products we were buying. All in all a great store.

The girl who did Olaf Nails was very patient as he was very jumpy. She was really good with him and made lots of fusses for Olaf too. It was so nice to see the nails walk in was still going ahead at afforable price.

Lauren always grooms Jazmin just the way I like. This time she worked extra hard as Jazmin had not been groomed for a while and was also full of sand after a fun weekend at the beach
