Staff at my shop are really helpful and friendly

The overall experience was good, they had what we needed even though no one else had it. The tag maker is so cool because you can see it happen. There is so many choices for colours, patterns, names and numbers.

There was a store assistant that was extremely rude, putting others ahead and swore eff off man under her breath as I said my appointment was before the others and I needed to be somewhere... Hospital appointment for my child.

Her name was sarah others in the que said it was disgusting how she behaved.
