From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. When money is tight
When money is tight, but you still love your pets and wild life, Jolleys is the place to go. The prices are affordable for what they all need, food, bedding, seeds etc Thank goodness for them. Highly recommended.

No live animals
I honestly couldn't be more disappointed that you've stopped selling pets. Especially birds, as there are few places left that do. This was a big draw to me shopping at Jolleys, and while I haven't stopped purchasing from your stores, I don't visit anywhere near as regular as I once did.
Note: my review is purely based on my disappointment at the decision to no longer sell pets. The staff have always been great.

Good products, well stocked. Pleasant staff
There is always a large selection of products, we always manage to get what we need & more.
The staff are always there to help if needed.
We use lifestages products for our 3 dogs, varying from 3 months to 14 years old & they're all in excellent condition.
Always buy a toy when we go as they're strategically placed lol
