Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, nearly always well stocked too.
The iPhone app was excellent for offers and vouchers, however jollyes in their wisdom abandoned the app so now you log into their main website only to find a voucher that requires you to spend twice the amount as you normally would , not good Jollyes.

The Manager needs to communicate better with customer as his persona came across quite blank verging on rude when returning an item. He did not communicate how refunds goes back to my bank card without producing my physical card until I said, "don't you need my card" his response was blunt! Almost like it was inconvenient to bring something back.

They have the food we give our doggies and cats and reasonably priced with a friendly service
