Always have what i need very polite and helpful staff

I was looking for a particular item which was not stocked but the helpful assistant suggested another product which seems to be suitable for my senior dog.

This shop on the iow, are such lovely, helpful people. Very good customer skills

Only complaint is, there's so much nice stuff, I want to buy it all.

Not had James Wellbeloved food for my dog for well over 6 weeks. I have had to source from elsewhere and they had plenty of stock of this brand. Also you have discontinued the pick n mix dog biscuits and I keep being told bagged versions of this biscuits are coming but still not available

The withdrawal of loose biscuits is not good move for many customers. Your staff are always friendly and helpful. They are also dismayed at decisions that management impose against customer experience. Sort it out Jollyes! You won’t!

They keep changing their rewards system & its so annoying! First it's a card, then postcode, next an app & now that's gone ...

They have every thing I need for my dogs one of which has allergies and needs grainfree food, they have a good selection of flavours and treats all grainfree. Thier customer service is excellent and always very helpful
